Refund policy

We are dedicated to providing you with premium Parfums de Marly luxury fragrances, gift sets, and home & body care products, including Althair Travel Sets, Layton Travel Sets, Masculine Discovery Sets, Les Extraits Discovery Sets, and iconic fragrances such as Darley, Kalan, Galloway, and Oajan. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your fragrance items must be unused, unopened, with all original seals and packaging intact, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene and health standards, opened, sprayed, or used perfume products are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
